Requisitos para Participar en la Exposición "Catrinas por el Mundo"

Agradecemos tu interés en colaborar con nosotros en esta exposición internacional dedicada a la preservación y difusión de la tradición de la Catrina. Si deseas participar, por favor toma en cuenta los siguientes requisitos:

1. Propuesta inicial
   Envía una fotografía en baja resolución por correo electrónico o mensaje privado a través de nuestras redes sociales.

2. Participación individual o en equipo
   Se puede participar de forma individual o grupal. En caso de participación grupal, la persona a cargo deberá:

   • Informar a todos los involucrados.

   • Obtener su consentimiento por escrito para participar en la exposición.

3. Tipo de fotografías aceptadas

   • Solo se aceptan sesiones fotográficas planificadas.

   • No se aceptan fotos de tipo editorial ni tomadas en eventos públicos o privados.

4. Responsabilidad del participante

   • Cada participante es responsable de contar con los permisos de modelos, maquillistas y demás colaboradores.

   • El comité organizador no se hace responsable de posibles reclamaciones legales.

5. Derechos de uso y difusión

   • El objetivo es la difusión cultural, por lo tanto:

     • Está prohibida la venta de las imágenes (digitales o impresas) por parte de los organizadores.

     • El participante conserva los derechos de autor de su obra.

6. Aprobación y entrega final

   • Tras ser aprobada la propuesta por el comité organizador:

     • Se notificará por correo electrónico.

     • Se enviará un contrato para ser firmado.

     • El participante deberá enviar las imágenes en alta resolución junto con el contrato firmado.

7. Contacto según ubicación

   • 📍 Participantes en México: deben contactar al equipo de Catrinas Contemporáneas.
     

   • 🌍 Participantes fuera de México: deben contactarnos directamente a nosotros.

📸 Requirements to Participate in the Catrinas Around the World Exhibition

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with us in this international exhibition dedicated to preserving and promoting the tradition of La Catrina. If you would like to participate, please take the following requirements into account:

1. Initial Proposal

Send a low-resolution photograph by email or direct message on our social media platforms.

2. Individual or Team Participation

You can participate individually or as a team. In the case of group participation, the person in charge must:

- Inform all involved parties.

- Obtain written consent from everyone to take part in the exhibition.

3. Accepted Types of Photographs

- Only planned photo sessions will be accepted.

- Editorial photos or those taken at public or private events will not be accepted.

4. Participant Responsibility

- Each participant is responsible for obtaining permissions from models, makeup artists, and other collaborators.

- The organizing committee is not responsible for any legal claims.

5. Usage and Distribution Rights

- As the goal is cultural promotion:

- The sale of participant images (digital or printed) by the organizers is strictly prohibited.

- The participant retains the copyright of their work.

6. Approval and Final Submission

- Once the proposal is approved by the organizing committee:

- Notification will be sent by email.

- A contract will be issued for signature.

- The participant must send high-resolution images along with the signed contract.

この国際展示会にご興味をお持ちいただき、誠にありがとうございます。本展示は、カトリーナの伝統を保存・普及することを目的としています。ご参加を希望される場合は、以下の要項をご確認ください。

1. 初回提案

　低解像度の写真をメールまたはSNSのダイレクトメッセージでお送りください。

2. 個人またはチームでの参加

　個人でもチームでも参加可能です。チームでの参加の場合は、代表者が以下を行う必要があります：

- 関係者全員に内容を説明すること。

- 出展に関する書面での同意を得ること。

3. 受付可能な写真の種類

　- 計画されたフォトセッションのみを受け付けます。

　- 公共または私的なイベントで撮影されたエディトリアル写真は受付できません。

4. 参加者の責任

　- モデル、メイク担当者、その他の協力者からの許可は参加者が責任をもって取得してください。

　- 主催者側は法的請求等に関して一切の責任を負いません。

5. 使用および配布に関する権利

　- 本展示の目的は*文化の普及*です。よって：

　 - 主催者による参加作品（デジタル・印刷）の**販売は禁止**されています。

　 - 著作権は参加者に帰属します。

6. 承認と最終提出

　- 提案が審査を通過した場合：

　 - メールで通知されます。

　 - 契約書が送付されます。

　 - 高解像度の画像と署名済みの契約書を提出してください。
